Thank you for registering your child. An email will be sent to your email within 15 minutes with a copy of the registration form for your records. If you see anything wrong with it, please reply to the email with the corrections.

Every year, our Lost & Found boxes are overflowing with UNLABELLED hats, shirts, towels, & sunscreen.  Not to mention water bottles, shoes & boots, and a few odds & ends.  Any item with a name is returned to its owner before it makes its way to the Lost & Found box. Please label your child’s belongings and support Lambton Centre along the way!  Mabel’s Labels is an easy way to keep track of all your child’s belongings and a portion of all sales come back to Lambton Centre when you chose Lambton Centre from the list of Organizations.
